Nutrition Program
The Train with Aim nutrition program consists of three parts:
Foundation
Kick off your weight loss with the Foundation program. Change your eating habits and lifestyle, and you’ll lose at least 1 to 2 pounds per week.
- Six weeks
- Introduction packet
- Individualized meal plans
- Exercise plan
- Six weigh-ins and one-hour meetings
- Weekly health tips and recipes
- Grocery shopping tour (1½ hours)
- Daily emails to help you stay on track
Lifestyle
Ease up your weight loss while you start learning how to maintain your weight.
- Four weeks
- Updated meal plans
- Review of exercise plan
- Four weigh-ins and one-hour meetings
- Coaching and support through “real-life” situations
(e.g., weddings, travel, eating out, holidays)
Maintenance
Get basic support and coaching to help you keep the weight off.
- Four to 12 months
- Two weigh-ins per month
- One-hour meeting each month
- Email consultations if needed
