Nutrition Program

The Train with Aim nutrition program consists of three parts:

Foundation Initial six weeks
Lifestyle Four-week increments
Maintenance Four to 12 months

Foundation

Kick off your weight loss with the Foundation program. Change your eating habits and lifestyle, and you’ll lose at least 1 to 2 pounds per week. 

  • Six weeks
  • Introduction packet
  • Individualized meal plans
  • Exercise plan
  • Six weigh-ins and one-hour meetings
  • Weekly health tips and recipes
  • Grocery shopping tour (1½ hours)
  • Daily emails to help you stay on track

Lifestyle

Ease up your weight loss while you start learning how to maintain your weight.

  • Four weeks
  • Updated meal plans
  • Review of exercise plan
  • Four weigh-ins and one-hour meetings
  • Coaching and support through “real-life” situations  
    (e.g., weddings, travel, eating out, holidays)

Maintenance

Get basic support and coaching to help you keep the weight off.

  • Four to 12 months
  • Two weigh-ins per month
  • One-hour meeting each month
  • Email consultations if needed
