The Program
how it works
No matter what your age or physical condition, losing weight is a process. If you’ve tried—and failed—to slim down in the past, you know that it’s not just a matter of cutting calories. The types of food, when you eat them, how much you eat, and how you eat them all affect your results.
nutrition program
Kick off your weight loss with the Foundation program. Change your eating habits and lifestyle, and you’ll lose at least 1 to 2 pounds per week.
Exercise program
You may already have an exercise program in place that works for you. But if you want or need help with setting up a program to help you with overall fitness while you’re losing weight, both exercise plans and personal training time are available as options with the Train with Aim nutrition program.
What do you want?
There are two types of people:
People who want and people who need.
For those that want, there is no ceiling for success.
For people that need, there is a stopping point for success.
Meet Amie
Amie grew up playing soccer, basketball, and softball, and graduated as tri-captain and female athlete of the year from Blair Academy. Despite her athleticism, she struggled with body image issues: she was overweight, and got teased about it regularly. But she overcame her eating issues and learned how to eat so that she could lose weight, maintain it, and have a healthy relationship with food. As a result of her own experiences, she became determined to help others achieve success too.
