Exercise Program
You may already have an exercise program in place that works for you. But if you want or need help with setting up a program to help you with overall fitness while you’re losing weight, both exercise plans and personal training time are available as options with Amie's Nutrition Program.
Exercise plans. We’ll review your current exercise regimen, compare it with your goals, and make any adjustments.
Personal training. Hourly sessions are available. The workout includes cardio, resistance, and core strengthening to help you increase your strength, metabolism, agility, endurance, and flexibility. I use a variety of different methods from pilates to kickboxing to challenge you and get you the results you desire.
